Finding a Trust and Estate Litigation Firm - 5 Things to Know

1. Fit. Make sure you and your attorney(s) are a good fit. You want to make sure the firm is a good size, can handle the work load, has experience that you need and results you can trust. 2. Fees. Make sure you know who will be working on your case and how the fees will be allocated. 3. Estimates or Guarantees? Lawyers provide estimates and rarely guarantee anything - Be careful not to assume a quote is a precise number or guarantee - it likely is not. 4. Ask questions - When in doubt, ask questions. It is always a good idea to write your questions down so that you do not forget. 5. Avoid Ads or Gimmicks/Read Reviews. Some lawyers use ads and cheesy gimmicks - so read reviews carefully and don't go with the first advertisement by a lawyer - there's probably a reason why they have to advertise.
