The Demiris Law Firm, P.C. prevail at trial and obtain judgment of $2.2 million against trustee

On July 19, 2022, The Demiris Law Firm, P.C. prevailed at trial in the matter of the Eleanore Stricker Living Trust in Santa Clara County Superior Court before the Hon. Shella Deen. The dispute involved a breaching trustee, who, amongst other things, failed to act, failed to make assets productive, and failed to make distributions. The beneficiaries had gone over a decade without any distributions.
