The Demiris Law Firm, P.C. continues to grow. We have openings for multiple senior litigation counsel positions.
The ideal candidate will manage litigation cases and resolve legal disputes on behalf of clients by interacting with clients directly, negotiating with opposing counsel and parties, conducting legal research, drafting pleadings, and advocating for clients in court. This individual will build client relationships and provide an excellent customer experience for clients.
Responsibilities
Drafting legal documents
Meeting with clients and opposing counsel
Making court appearances
Qualifications
CA State Bar License
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Strong legal knowledge
Experience in Civil Litigation (minimum 5-years)
Preferred experience in Probate (minimum 3-years)
